Our Behavior Technicians
We offer services provided by BACB Registered Behavior Technicians. This status requires at least 40 hours of training, a skills competency test, as well as passing an proctored exam. In addition, our staff receive hands on training as well as ongoing training in a variety of behavioral strategies. While the RBT credential is a high-school level certification, our staff often have a bachelors degree and typically have career goals of working in the fields of therapy, education, and psychology. When RBTs work with us, we help to connect our team members to opportunities that will help them to continue to develop professionally both in behavioral knowledge but also in areas of their own interest. Here, we support our staff in overlapping with other therapies to gain exposure to other areas of the field. Our staff are dedicated, well-compensated, and always treated like professionals -- because they are! Happy staff equates to better services for our families.
